⋅If a book is stained, defective, or bound incorrectly, the wrong item was delivered, etc., it can be returned or exchanged only within one week from the day the item is delivered. (Return shipping at our cost)

Return or exchange of a photographic work is accepted only within one week from the day the photographic work is delivered, and only if the work was damaged during shipping or is defective. (Return shipping at our cost)
Please note that returns or exchanges may not be accepted after one week from the delivery date.

⋅In principle, cancellations or returns of orders at the customer’s convenience are not accepted after payment has been finalized. In the event that you wish to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at the email address provided.
