MT Gallery Inc. (“we/our/us”) have established the following privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (“Services”).

Personal information includes address, name, and other information that can identify a customer as a specific individual (including information that can be easily cross-checked with other information to identify a specific individual) and information considered personal information under laws and regulations.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases the recipient of the information shall not be a third party.
When we outsource all or part of the personal information handling, to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reason
When personal information is used jointly with a specific entity, and when this fact, the items of personal information jointly used, the scope of the parties jointly using it, the purpose of use by the entity using the information, and the name of the entity responsible for managing the personal information are notified to the user in advance or are made readily accessible to said person.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When we are requested by a user to disclose personal information, we shall disclose it to said person without delay. However, if any of the following applies to such disclosure, we may refuse to disclose all or part of the information and will give notification to that effect without delay.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, we shall not disclose information other than personal information, such as personal history and characteristic information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If the user's personal information held by us is incorrect, the user may request that we correct, add or delete personal information, according to a procedure specified by us (“Corrections”).
If we receive a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we shall make Corrections to the personal information without delay.
In the event that we have made Corrections on the basis of the provisions of the preceding paragraph or have decided not to make Corrections, we shall notify the user of same without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If we have been requested by a user to delete or suspend the use of personal information because it is being used outside the scope of the purpose of use or because it was obtained by fraudulent means (“Suspend Use”), we shall conduct any necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of any investigation under the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, we shall Suspend Use of that personal information without delay.
In the event that we Suspend Use of personal information under the provisions of the preceding paragraph or have decided not to Suspend Use of that information, we shall notify the user of this decision without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to Suspend Use of personal information, such as when large expense is required to Suspend Use, and when alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Privacy Policy Changes)
The content of this Privacy Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or otherwise in this Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by us, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
